Setter plates

The setter plates used in the electronic ceramics industry are mainly made from: tungsten aluminum, pure tungsten, pure molybdenum, large crystal pure molybdenum, large crystal molybdenum lanthanum, TZM, etc.

Tungsten aluminum can be used for more than 1800°C if K-doped. It is relatively expensive.

Pure tungsten can also be used above 1600°C.

Ordinary pure molybdenum, generally used below 1000 °C.

TZM has outstanding strength advantages below 1400°C.

Large-crystalline molybdenum lanthanum has good strength below 1800 °C.
